The pneumatic conveyance system is engineered to efficiently transport powders and granular products through various methods, including suction, low-pressure compression, and dense phase conveyance. Additionally, mechanical conveyance options such as feeding screws, belts, and chains are utilized, alongside centrifugal and volumetric pumps for liquid products. The system is constructed with stainless steel pipes, which can be insulated or heated to meet specific processing requirements.

To enhance operational efficiency, the system incorporates lift deviators that separate pneumatic lines, featuring integrated transitions and stainless steel components in contact with the product. Gravity deviators are also included, allowing for multiple discharge pathways to hoppers and mixers. Comprehensive safety measures are implemented, including overpressure valves on silos, a CEPATIC system for loading, dispersing valves, magnets, pressure switches, and sensors. Slide valves are employed to prevent the propagation of explosions and flames within the conveying system, while air is sanitized through a filtering system, ensuring cleanliness with automatic removal of residual materials and a CIP washing system.

The entire conveyance and safety operations are integrated and controlled via a touch panel, allowing for streamlined management of utilities. Designed with energy optimization in mind, the system undergoes individual analysis to assess its energetic impact. Furthermore, only high-efficiency motors, such as IE3 motors, are utilized to enhance energy savings and reduce CO2 emissions, aligning with sustainability goals in industrial operations.
