The Tonelli Multiproduct Spongecake Lines are fully automated systems designed to streamline the production process from ingredient mixing to packaging. These lines are engineered to deliver high output while ensuring excellent standardization and quality of the finished products. Each line is capable of producing a variety of spongecake types by simply adjusting settings and swapping out accessories, making them highly versatile for different production needs.

Sponge Cake Line Solution

The batter preparation phase is crucial for the automatic cake line, where raw ingredients are incorporated, mixed, and portioned to create the desired batter. Tonelli offers a comprehensive range of equipment tailored to achieve optimal batter consistency and quality. Additionally, the Dynamic Colour Mixer allows for the precise dosing of liquid flavorings and colorings into pumpable products, enhancing the visual and taste appeal of the spongecake. This system integrates seamlessly with the emulsifier, ensuring thorough mixing of colors and particles.

Once baked, the spongecake can be decorated with icing in various designs, including rhombus, sinusoidal, or combined patterns, depending on the desired aesthetic. Cooling options include an Overhead or In-Line Cooling Conveyor, which can be selected based on available space. The cooling conveyors are designed with either stainless steel wire mesh or plastic grid models to accommodate different production environments. Following cooling, the spongecake undergoes longitudinal cutting using circular blades, which can be easily adjusted for different cake sizes. Tonelli also provides solutions for cream preparation, wetting, cream spreading, overlapping, rolling, punch cutting, and final cutting, ensuring a comprehensive approach to spongecake production that meets diverse customer requirements.
