Touch panels offer comprehensive production management for both single and multiple lines, covering essential functions such as recipe creation, ingredient and hopper parameterization, and a synoptic overview for utility maintenance.

To meet varying operational requirements, different Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) are available:

• Customizable 4-15’’ touch panels on Siemens or Allen Bradley platforms for non-standard processes
• CEPI native PLC Leonardo for standard processes
• Weighing Processor WP140 with an LCD display for simple, single-line operations
• Local control boxes enabling real-time weight monitoring

The automation team provides round-the-clock support, including testing, optimization, start-up assistance, and training. Remote support services offer live tool visualization through VPN networks, source code intervention, and production management. Additionally, personalized virtual tutorials, live assistance with dedicated devices, and locally trained teams ensure full technical support globally.
