The CAO B4000-CHOC is an advanced PLC-based production line that integrates the CAO C4000 ball mill with the Mini Mix mixing and dosing unit. This system is specifically engineered for the automated batch weighing, mixing, grinding, and conching of various products, including chocolate, creams, bread spreads, and fat-based compounds.

Designed for efficiency, the CAO B4000-CHOC has a batch capacity of 1,000 kg and can achieve an end fineness of 22-25 microns in approximately 60 to 70 minutes when using crystal sugar. This results in an effective hourly capacity of up to 1,000 kg. Notably, the use of powdered sugar can further reduce grinding time, enhancing overall productivity.

To optimize performance, the CAO B4000-CHOC can be equipped with a range of automatic feeding systems, including feeding screws, fat dosing units, and dosing systems for lecithin, vanillin, and other aromas. These features contribute to a streamlined production process, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency.
