The CAO B3000 is a leading model in the mid-capacity segment, renowned for its efficient design that integrates a horizontal 500L mixer/conche with a vertical low-speed ball mill, drawing on the successful features of the CAO C3000. This versatile machine is specifically engineered for the mixing, fine grinding, and conching of a variety of products, including chocolate, creams, bread spreads, and fat-based compounds.
With a batch capacity of 500 kg, the CAO B3000 achieves an end fineness of 22-25 microns in approximately 50 minutes when utilizing crystal sugar as an ingredient. Notably, the grinding time is significantly reduced when powdered sugar is employed, enhancing operational efficiency.
Recent enhancements to the CAO B3000 include a redesigned mixer opening, which facilitates quicker and more convenient loading of ingredients. Additionally, an automated variant, the CAO B3000-CHOC, is available, featuring an integrated weighing and dosing mixer along with PLC-based control for improved precision and ease of use.
